B100 & B180 Brewing Systems

The B100/B180 are powerful all in one brewing systems for serious homebrewer or small breweries. They offer simplicity out of the box, whilst keeping the level expansion possibilities.

Indirect heating and included whirlpool setup for maximum yield and fast cooling  through the integrated cooling jacket makes cleaning a breeze. The 8" touch display can easily be relocated on the system or externally based on your needs (longer cables are available).

Included whirlpool setup for maximum yield and fast cooling.

The included malt pipe has a hing system to allow tilting the malt pipe to empty spent grains easily.

The flow of wort through the FCS Brew Pump is controlled via the patented CleanCore 3-Way valve operated from the front.

The combined temperature and level switch sensor keeps you safe by automatically switching off the pump and heating if the water level is low.

With TC side ports, you can easiliy expand the inputs and outputs of the tank with sparge water, external added cooling with bypass etc.

If you need a powerful and flexible workhorse for high volume homebrewing or a pilot brewery, the B100 or B180 is the perfect match.

External Mash Tuns

For the B100 and B180 we offer external mash tuns as accessories. These come with an extra FCS Brew Pump and will massively increase malt capacity and remove the need for a crane to lift the malt pipe.

They work by heating the water/wort in the main tank and circulating it out and up through the center pipe of the mash tun. The wort is pumped back into the main tank with a pump under the mash tun. Both pumps are controlled by the main system, and the temperature is regulated with the mash sensor placed in a thermowell in the external mash tun.

The top level switch of the mash tun starts and stops the pump to keep the mash tun topped up.

Troll Tables, X-low models (2 pcs) are recommended for this setup.
